You'll work under the guidance of both the HR Manager and WHS Lead, gaining valuable experience in a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.

Job Description:
- Providing administrative support, including creating employee profiles, coordinating new starter details with payroll, and updating internal trackers.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Attending and capturing minutes at monthly Workers Representative meetings.
- Designing awareness posters and supporting internal communication campaigns.
- Supporting initiatives like annual flu shots and other staff wellbeing programs.
- Coordinating and transporting staff and/or clients to medical appointments and relevant safety checks.
- Participating in employee engagement and culture-building activities, including weekly and monthly rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Supporting WHS and HR teams in compliance, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement.
- Travelling to our sites in Nowra and Macarthur as required.
Requirements
- Currently undertaking (or recently completed) a qualification in Business administration, Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems.
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Check.
