Job Title

A key role exists for a strategic leader to spearhead digital transformations.

This position involves leading cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration. The successful candidate will drive Agile adoption, integrating project management practices to support iterative development and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include developing repeatable processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in future product rollouts, optimizing delivery frameworks to support continuous delivery methodologies and Agile best practices.

The role also entails engaging and aligning internal, external, and third-party stakeholders to define scope, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee Scrum teams, ensuring sprint outputs align with project goals and deliverables.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, or related fields.
