Job Opportunity: Senior Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties located in the Sutherland Shire.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing 200 properties across the Sutherland Shire
  • Communicating with owners and tenants, including on-site meetings when necessary
  • Facilitating lease renewal negotiations
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Issuing notices to tenants
  • Attending tribunal proceedings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience managing your own rental portfolio
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
