About the Role

  • As a Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining deployment pipelines, supporting infrastructure, and defining service pattern designs for both on-premises and private/public cloud.
  • You will work as part of a team managing and supporting platforms with a focus on CI/CD Pipelines, Release Pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Write code to automate provisioning and management of IT infrastructure across on-premises and Cloud.
  • Assist with system integration and API connections.
  • Maintain updates and patches to patterns.
  • Research and test future technologies to incorporate into the IT Strategic Plan.
  • Support the introduction, further development, and operation of cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud computing and networking environments, MS Azure (preferred) or AWS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-code / Configuration Management (Ansible, Terraform or similar).
  • Proven experience running and maintaining DevOps toolchains such as Azure DevOps, Ansible, Jira, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
  • Experience with Container and OpenShift will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with scripting languages - PowerShell, Ruby, Terraform or ARM templates preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases, platforms, and services required.
  • Working in a large enterprise environment.
  • Comfortable using configuration management tools and testing frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
