Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Liquidity Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing the bank's balance sheet capital and funding resources.

  • Liquidity risk management, cash management, and related settlement system risks
  • Collateral management across the group and with external entities and clearing corporations
  • Sourcing and execution of cost-efficient funding of the Bank's balance sheet within the constraints of liquidity, balance sheet, market, and concentration limits
  • Optimization of the capital structure within the constraints of regulatory requirements, flexibility, and cost effectiveness to support strategic business plans
  • The creation and maintenance of a transparent and effective funds transfer pricing model
  • Development and implementation of a bank-wide balance sheet strategy aligned with the corporate strategy, including initiatives to drive balance sheet optimization
  • Measurement and management of balance sheet structural interest rate and FX risk
  • Management of regulatory, central bank, government, industry, and investor relations related to capital instruments, financing vehicles, and treasury-related financial system risks

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local statutory liquidity regulations and relevant KYC/AML requirements related to Treasury. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
