Optimizing Residential Funding

The role involves driving the maximization of residential funding and delivering a positive impact for all residents. Reporting to the Admissions and Funding Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring residential subsidy and funding centred to the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) model across the region.

This exciting opportunity will see you assist and provide advice to a portfolio of Residential Managers, helping them improve their funding performance, achieve financial targets and increase profitability. You will also support the end-to-end admissions and discharge process.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current registration
  • Knowledge and experience in Aged Care and Aged Care Accreditation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of AN-ACC
  • Experience in training small groups and workplace assessment
  • Previous experience working with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Australian Drivers Licence and commitment to frequent travel
  • Sound technology skills, literate in MS Office, Excel, Outlook 365
