Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the asset management program to optimize our investment in capital assets and field inventory.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with regional Supply chain leads and process owners to identify and drive functional process improvements associated with asset management and field inventory.
  • Ensure that the existence of field assets and inventory is physically verified on a regular basis and inventory records are adjusted appropriately.
  • Provide effective communication of any key risks and opportunities to management and on-going business partnering to the Business.
  • Receive and process any consignment returns.
  • Monitor and investigate inventory stock levels and regularly write off applicable stock.
  • Raise RFI requests for QLD Loaners.
  • Assist/raise RFI requests for consignment with reps.
  • Regularly run reports to track short dated inventory to ensure there is no stock in the branch territory with less than one month expiry.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, logistics or inventory experience, SAP and good Excel skills.
  • Background in operations and medical devices.
