Job Title: Product Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our eCommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product growth and enhancement in accordance with relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Deliver innovative products and enhance existing offerings in line with market requirements.
  • Product Management: Ensure compliance with scheme requirements as well as industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks proactively.
  • Customer Centric Design: Understand customer needs, develop a product roadmap, and prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive change to continuously improve product offerings and processes, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, build strong relationships, and manage expectations in line with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experienced product leader with 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, demonstrating all-round product management skills.
  • Ideal candidates will have eCommerce or payments experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with vendors to deliver product development.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work flexibly through change.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with others.
