
Office Coordinator Position Available

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
As an Office Coordinator, you will have a varied role with multiple tasks and responsibilities. These include:
- Scheduling appointments and managing business travel arrangements;
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations;
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all databases are up to date;
- Data entry of time sheets;
- Maintaining stock and equipment records;
- Preparing reports and presentations for executives, BDMs, and boards of directors.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in Microsoft Office and Xero, with a strong understanding of business systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience;
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated experience with business systems, including Microsoft Office and Xero;
- Excellent administrative, time management, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
