Our organization is looking for a skilled professional to join its APAC based trading operations team. This role will involve managing digital asset and fiat related trade settlements, communicating with internal and external trading counterparties, and ensuring timely and accurate settlements.The successful candidate will work closely with the trading, treasury, and wider operations teams during APAC trading hours. They will be responsible for managing digital asset and fiat related trade settlement, reconciling trades from post-trade to settlement to ensure correct and timely settlement.Additionally, they will keep track of treasury balances and liaise with the trading and finance teams on accounting for asset balances across operations. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior trading and/or trading operations experience, with a strong preference for crypto assets.They should also have experience working in a crypto environment with expertise in managing clearing/settlement within cutoff times. A minimum Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, etc. is required.Based in the APAC geography, the candidate must have extremely strong attention to detail, be self-organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary, as well as a demonstrable passion for digital assets and blockchain technologies.The ideal candidate will be adaptable and a strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to reconcile, track, and present asset treasury and balances to internal and external counterparties.
