**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Manager within the social and affordable housing sector.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality leadership and expert advice to manage initiatives and projects relating to successful program reform and management of social and affordable housing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on operational policies, procedures, systems, and emergent issues to senior managers.
  • Developing and maintaining high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including State agencies, peak bodies, community housing providers, and the Commonwealth.
  • Managing investment for new and ongoing social and affordable housing programs, developing policy, performance, and procedural tools and systems.
  • Leading a small team to ensure effective and efficient management of several social and affordable housing programs, funded by government.
  • Preparing and managing timely preparation of high-quality reports, briefings, presentations, submissions, and correspondence for senior managers and stakeholders.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
