Senior Business Development Consultant

In this role, you will expand our presence in the Perth market and build on recent success in growing our market share while maintaining a portfolio of existing clients.
The key requirements for this position are:
- Familiarity with the Western Australian (WA) H&B market
- Extensive experience in Group Risk Insurance and/or Private Health Insurance
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales plan for H&B in WA to meet new business targets
- Providing service and support to existing H&B clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree
- Proficient in sales and driving sales initiatives
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
