Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join the Advisory group in Brisbane or Perth.

The Hatch Advisory practice provides management consulting services while leveraging Hatch's engineering expertise to deliver sustainable value to clients in meeting their business, financial, and operational objectives.

As a Senior Advisory Analyst, you will contribute to strategy, design, and implementation of business decisions to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will be responsible for leading analytical processes, delivering high-quality work products, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Lead complex analytical processes to identify solutions to barriers.
  • Deliver on-time, high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to proposal development and have strong ownership of work and projects.
  • Effectively lead and coach junior analysts through the analytical process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics; fluency in Mandarin and English; 2-4 years of experience relevant to the role; and experience working with projects in mining & metals, energy, or infrastructure.
