Technical Support Role Overview

Our Technical Support Agent helps existing customers optimize our product by resolving issues in the point of sale (POS) so that it continues to connect to partners like Deliveroo, Takeaway, UberEats, etc.

You will be the technical support between customers externally and a point of contact for customer support teams internally. From Zendesk tickets to proactive support, you will make sure things work, helping customers with their issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve customer technical problems proactively
  • Communicate with internal teams to make things easier for customers and partners
  • Collaborate with onboarding and development teams to optimize the customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer supporting role supporting technical products or SaaS or similar
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of questions coming from customers and partners
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems
  • Interest in the digital world (software/mobile) and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Demonstrable experience in tech support or customer care
  • Able to work at least 3-4 days per week in our office, with some flexibility for working remotely
