Customer Solutions Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to serve as a strategic technical advisor for key enterprise customers.

About the Role

The Customer Solutions Architect will engage with customers onsite, driving innovation and architecting solutions that enhance operations and performance.

This role is ideal for an individual contributor who combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise and enjoys working closely with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers
  • Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with support and product teams
  • Represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements
  • Develop knowledge articles, white papers, and best practice guides to support customers and internal teams
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Product Management, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap
  • Mentor and upskill internal teams and junior technical resources
