Senior Client Success Specialist

At Oracle, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Client Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely renewal of Java SE Subscription contracts with existing customers in the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent negotiation and communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic renewal plans to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Oracle's product offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
