Disability Services Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Disability and Aged Care. They will also possess a driver's license, NDIS Workers Screening Card, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and Australian Criminal History Check.

Your duties will include evaluating client requirements, devising and executing educational and training initiatives, conducting interviews to assess challenges, tracking progress, and directing clients to additional assistance. You will also collaborate with community organizations and government entities to promote awareness of resources and services.

Please note that this is a client-focused position, and your ability to engage with and contribute to clients' independence and wellbeing is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $73,150 excluding superannuation, paid orientation, two celebratory events per year, a supportive and friendly team, and a referral program.
