Job Description:

As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will work closely with allied health professionals to implement care plans, host group and individual programs, therapy and exercise sessions, and participate in interdisciplinary team collaborations.

The Role:

  • Support the implementation of care plans for residents
  • Host group and individual programs, therapy, and exercise sessions
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team collaborations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Certificate III qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • A passion for providing world-class care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and delegate when necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their outcomes
