Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team at Virtual Coworker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

About the Role
  • This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong email management and marketing experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and relevant records.
  2. Create and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  3. Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  4. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong email management and marketing experience.
