We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Melbourne.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of local and imported brands, engaging with customers and helping them find their perfect drink.

Your Skills and Qualities
  • You possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working with enthusiasm and pace.
  • You are knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits, and can engage with customers to recommend products.
  • You are passionate about the liquor industry and enjoy learning about new products and trends.
  • You are able to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods.
  • You hold an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, which is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
