Cash Flow Manager

This is a key role within our finance team, responsible for managing the full accounts receivable process.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the AR function for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Handle complex customer queries and work closely with both local and international clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain AR aging reports and support the broader finance team with cash flow forecasting.
- Liaise regularly with the Sales team to review outstanding accounts and ensure alignment.
- Reconcile the AR ledger to maintain accuracy across all accounts and allocations.
- Assist with month-end closing, audits, and ad hoc finance projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior-level accounts receivable, ideally with exposure to international operations.
- Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you're confident dealing with clients across different regions and time zones.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and follow through.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
