About This Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to manage our company's cash flow and maintain positive relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in credit and collections, possess exceptional communication skills, and be passionate about making collection calls.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing your own ledger of accounts, focusing on high-value customers
  • Negotiating payment terms and maintaining client relationships
  • Processing claims daily and resolving disputes in a timely manner
  • Banking and general ledger reconciliations
  • Skip tracing and investigations as needed
  • Resolving issues related to incorrect pricing and non-delivery
  • Performing bank allocations and receipting
  • Raising credit notes and releasing orders
  • Preparing weekly overdue accounts for management review
