- Collaborate closely with clients during the implementation and go-live phases to design data models, network requirements, backup strategies, and integration processes.
- Configure, update, and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches, and access points, enabling/disabling TCP and UDP ports and configuring firewall rules, subnets, and VLANs depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
- Install VPNs, SQL Servers, RDS, and various computer applications, and security patches.
- Continuously assess, monitor, and research network infrastructures to optimize performance, providing recommendations for improvements in hardware, software, and features for hospitality venues across WA.
- Provide professional remote and onsite support for diagnosing and resolving Microsoft Windows servers, network printers, scanners, MSR.
