Equipment Service Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician to provide expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensure our equipment is ready for hire. This role requires:

  • Instructing and demonstrating safe equipment use to customers.
  • Performing pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading safely.
  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintaining high-quality equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Cleaning branch facilities and maintaining equipment as required.
  • Performing equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Variety of backgrounds such as customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • Some physical components, including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods.
  • Be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment (training provided).
  • A positive attitude and team player.
