A forward-thinking leader is required to join our Middle Learning Community (MLC) as the Head of Learning and Alignment.

This role supports the Deputy Head of MLC in leading the educational vision, mission, and values of the College.

The successful candidate will be passionate about preparing students for a globally connected world through dynamic and future-focused learning experiences.

The Head of Global Quotient will lead key initiatives that foster an entrepreneurial mindset, promote 21st Century Learning through the SECRET Skills framework, and build meaningful global connections.

The role will champion innovation across the curriculum and drive student enrichment opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom.
