About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Partner to join our team at Allianz Popular SL. As a key member of our People & Culture division, you will play a vital role in supporting and embedding our Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and management of our multi-year Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Strategic Plan, ensuring its effective implementation and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with our Employee Network Groups, including Allianz NEO, Allianz Pride, Allianz Beyond, Allianz One, and Carers Connection, to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Manage annual compliance requirements, reporting, and internal stakeholder involvement to ensure our DIB initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement a DIB communication plan to engage our people and promote key calendar events and initiatives.
  • Work closely with our Talent team to manage strategies leading to Allianz meeting its gender equity and cultural diversity targets.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging within a large, matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and share with stakeholders to inform better decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a commercial mindset to align priorities with our DIB goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across projects, divisions, and organizational levels.
  • A passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
