Store Operations Manager

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. In this exciting opportunity, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and dedicated sales assistants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient operation of the store, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and visual merchandising.
You will have a proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets, with experience in stock control, visual merchandising, and team leadership. You will be a motivated and driven individual with a 'can-do' attitude, who is passionate about leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development.

What We're Looking For">To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC;
- A motivated and driven 'make it happen' attitude;
- A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed;
- A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets;
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
