Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores.
- Leading, coaching and training a team of up to 25 team members
- Driving the company values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

A Day in the Life
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of up to 25 team members
- Driving the company values with your team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation
- Liaising with the Stock Allocator
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front, empowering their team, and embodying a leadership style in line with our organisational values
- Thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
- Has similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
