Job Overview

As a GSE and Tooling Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the supervision of day-to-day operations of Network Turbine Solutions Engineering Tool Store and Ground Support Equipment. This role requires maintaining compliance with all aeronautical tooling and GSE respecting inspections and calibration needs while adhering to regulatory, quality, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maintenance of aeronautical tooling and GSE in compliance with inspection and calibration needs
  • Adhere to regulatory, quality, and operational standards
  • Deliver high-quality customer service emphasizing efficient tooling and GSE support meeting company objectives including safety and compliance
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members
  • Set and drive high standards through excellent leadership

Requirements:

  • Two years experience working in a mechanical tooling or equipment compliance environment
  • Leadership experience in small diverse teams
  • Experience liaising with vendors/suppliers
  • Ability to collaborate, present to, and influence within the Engineering Leadership Team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Capacity to identify process improvement opportunities and design then develop procedures
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Sound administrative skills demonstrated by MS Office suite proficiency
  • Current Forklift Ticket advantageous
