This is a leadership role where you will be providing quality care and education to school-aged children. The position involves creating a fun-filled environment that incorporates your ideas and expertise.

You will plan, deliver and reflect on programs that are exciting, inclusive, and filled with moments that matter. Additionally, you will support the daily running of the service by bringing a calm and capable vibe to the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A cleared Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification
  • Strong understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to create respectful relationships with parents and carers, as well as their fellow educators.

This is a permanent opportunity to work Monday to Friday during Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care, located in Bulli, Fairy Meadow or West Wollongong.
