Leadership Position in Early Childhood Education

This role requires an experienced leader to support the Director and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director to manage the service and act as Responsible Person/Nominated Supervisor when required.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the educator team.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Ensure child wellbeing, safety, and protection requirements are met.
  • Support staff inductions, professional development, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education or 5 years of overall sector experience.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management.
  • Valid Working With Children Check and Child Protection Training.
