Talent Focus is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at The New Centre in Moorooka. Our centre provides a contemporary learning journey that helps children develop into strong, confident, happy and healthy individuals.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who can design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and interests. You will be part of a welcoming and collaborative team committed to providing you with all the training, learning and support you need to grow your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program
  • Observe and assess children's progress using sound understanding of child development theories
  • Maintain open communication with parents and carers about their child's learning and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
