Job Summary

This role is focused on supporting customers in achieving their homeownership goals and investment aspirations. As a Commercial Home and Investment Lending Assistant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate customer knowledge and skills through training and upskilling, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their experience with our organization is seamless and tailored to their individual needs.
  • Ensure that customers receive consistent and personalized service, meeting their expectations and exceeding their needs whenever possible.

Requirements:
