Home Lending Specialist

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals? Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills?

We're seeking a skilled Home Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our lending operations, you will be responsible for supporting customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own homes or investment properties.

Your primary focus will be on coaching customers through each step of the journey, ensuring their experience with us is seamless and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

You will identify suitable products and solutions to meet customer needs and ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

Additionally, you will participate in other branch activities to provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating on digital solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer focus, preferably with home lending and retail banking experience. You should be financially savvy, able to multitask, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity, proactive, show initiative, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to resolve problems.

A high level of attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

This role requires adherence to our policies, processes, and standards.
