Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and participate in technical risk assessments, incident management, and support a vulnerability management program of work for Digital and Consumer Finance (DCF) systems.
  • Support Technologies governance processes and reporting requirements to both business and technology risk forums
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external stakeholders to achieve DCF risk management objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to technology delivery and support teams.
  • Drive technology teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues and incidents.
  • Assist in uplifting risk processes and drive initiatives to enhance the security and resilience of DCF systems.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project delivery, with a focus on risk management and technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of security and vulnerability management, as well as experience with digital internet-facing applications and advantageous to have experience in consumer finance systems.
  • Technical background with PMP and Agile Scrum certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and compliance.
