Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Operational Analyst in Corporate Loans Administration. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in an Operations role within banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage the workflow and completion of all Corporate Loans Administration (CLA) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with the bank's procedure manuals and operational guidelines.
  • Ensure that Loan Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, and Fee invoicing & collections are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Preparation of Remittance applications for corporate loan drawdown disbursements in accordance with application.
  • Ensure all CLA reports, and general ledger suspense and interest accrual accounts are prepared, actioned, monitored and that all outstanding items are being investigated, followed up and cleared within a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in an Operations role within banking and financial services.
  • Sound knowledge of payments and SWIFT.
  • Sound operational knowledge of processes and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
