Job Overview:

The Analyst is responsible for managing corporate loans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This role involves assisting the manager and supervisors in processing and disbursing loans in accordance with bank procedure manuals and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate completion of loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and fee invoicing & collections within agreed timeframes.
  • Complete loan prework for drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Prepare remittance applications for corporate loan drawdown disbursements.
  • Prepare financial reports, general ledger suspense accounts, and interest accrual accounts.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and engage staff to contribute to building effective processes.
  • Report and escalate operational risk events.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in an Operations role within banking and financial services, ideally in Corporate Loans.
  • Sound knowledge of payments and SWIFT.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential.
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
