Job Summary

We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our project management and systems engineering delivery team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of this team, you will play a leading role in managing major Australian Defense Force (ADF) programs.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams, coordinating engineering tasking, and planning tasks
  • Managing Earned Value metrics, change, issue resolution, and reporting
  • Reviewing and approving technical documentation according to authority levels
  • Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer requirements into total systems solutions
  • Governing policies, procedures, and contract commitments using trusted agile methodologies

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in project management and systems engineering, with experience in designing and developing systems and products across various development stages. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to represent us in various forums.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
  • Proven experience in project management and systems engineering, including cross-team collaboration and communication
  • A strong understanding of system integration and verification processes
  • The ability to work in an Agile environment and develop integrated systems
  • Eligibility for an Australian Defence Security Clearance
