Role Overview

About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff specialists in alcohol sampling at large events and exhibitions.

You will be required to engage with potential clients and customers, hand out alcohol samples, and provide product information to create a positive brand experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to attend various events, including exhibitions and festivals, and gain valuable experience in the hospitality and promotional industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, including organizing sampling stations and promotional materials
  • Engage with potential clients and customers at various events
  • Educate customers about the unique features and qualities of the products
  • Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to help improve product positioning and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid RSA certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with people
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for representing the brand
