Key Responsibilities:
- To drive engagement and attendance, develop and implement promotional strategies that exceed expectations.
- Build and manage a team of professionals to oversee events and activities with excellence.
- Liaise with the marketing department to create engaging content across platforms that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyse data to inform future campaigns and strategies that yield optimal results.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Brand Management would be highly beneficial.
- At least 2+ years of experience in marketing/brand management with outstanding accomplishments.
- Superb communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills that ensure seamless execution.
- A self-motivated team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
Work Environment:
In-person work at a vibrant and dynamic location.
