We're looking for a Research Professional to join our team of experience design experts.

Your Mission

Our mission is to empower teams worldwide by defining and conducting research that informs our design, strategy, and development of e-commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll report to the Research Manager and conduct research using various methods.
  • You'll partner with product management, design, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to drive design decisions.
  • You'll collaborate with other research specialties to enrich your insights.
  • You'll communicate research findings in credible and creative ways to help teams understand customer needs.
  • You'll promote the research craft and develop research practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • You should have a significant background in designing and conducting user research.
  • You should be proficient in data management, analysis, and insights generation.
  • Experience in platform or B2B research is highly valued.
