Job Title: Maternal Child Health Nurse
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maternal Child Health Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to families and children in the community.
Job Description- Deliver maternal and child health services to families in the community
- Provide health education and support to parents and caregivers
- Conduct home visits and provide case management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 and Registered Midwife
- Tertiary qualification in Child, Family and Community Health or equivalent
- Knowledge of Maternal and Child Health evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
