Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical primary health care services at remote clinic sites and headspace Broome, including emergency care and telehealth clinics.
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to the improvement of clinical practices.
  • Supervise and mentor medical staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in community health programs and contribute to clinical leadership.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration with no conditions.
  • Specialized qualifications in General Practice or Rural Medicine.
  • Experience in managing emergencies in remote settings and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural competence and effective communication skills with Aboriginal people.
