Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial tasks across a portfolio of clients.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent organizational skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end financial management for a portfolio of small-to-medium businesses
  • BAS preparation and lodgement
  • Payroll and superannuation processing
  • Client communications and query follow-up
  • Working within a tech stack that includes Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Karbon HQ, and Hubspot
  • Upload and document management using Hubdoc
  • Supporting the rollout and ownership of Xbert for internal financial workflow management
  • Collaborating with the wider team and reporting to our domestic BAS/financial lead

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and BAS preparation
  • Confident using Xero, and comfortable navigating MYOB and QuickBooks
  • Experience with Hubdoc — or willingness to become proficient quickly
  • Familiarity with Karbon HQ and Hubspot is desirable
