Job Opportunity: Garden Maintenance Team Leader

Overview:

As a seasoned horticultural expert, you will lead a team of skilled gardeners to ensure high standards of maintenance and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct your team in efficiently completing garden maintenance tasks, prioritizing planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising to meet client expectations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance team skills and safety practices, ensuring optimal results.
  • Regularly inspect gardens to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
