Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Implementation Squad Lead - EL2 Level to join our team. This position is accountable for undertaking complex work with strategic, political and operational significance.

The Strategic Implementation Squad Lead will provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned contractors working within the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop structured insights, options, implications and recommendations to drive implementation of strategic projects.
  • Develop and create materials for senior internal and external stakeholders to communicate perspectives, recommendations and implications.
  • Present recommendations and facilitate workshops and discussions with Agency stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Develop action plans and ensure stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation.
  • Develop content to embed change, including authorship of policy papers and guidance materials.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership of large, complex cross organisation projects/programs of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project or Change Management leadership.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive pay rate of $754.20 + Super per day. You will work full time hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm in Geelong or Richmond.
