Support Worker

Pathfinders seeks a Support Worker to join its Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) team. This role supports individuals in breaking the cycle of homelessness and assists those at risk to remain in long-term, safe accommodation.

  • Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices to diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and CALD communities.
  • Conduct outreach work to Tenterfield and collaborate with local service providers and community organisations.

Requirements:

  • A current National Police Check.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (NSW).
