  • We deliver residential aged care (including dementia-specific care), independent living, respite, and community aging services.
The Role:

We seek passionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Tenterfield, NSW, leading the care team and coordinating care to ensure plan compliance.

  • Advise and allocate care staff.
  • Recognize and escalate deteriorating residents.
  • Provide safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Promote a positive resident experience through a person-centered approach.
  • Deliver ADL care to residents.
  • Maintain documentation as per organizational standards.
Essential Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory.
  • One year of experience in residential aged care or willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
  • Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
