Architectural Expertise Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Architect to lead our team in Wollongong.

About the Role:
  • Responsibilities include preparing architectural documentation including Concept Design, Development Application, Construction and Detail Documentation using REVIT.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Building Practitioners Act Requirements.
  • You will be responsible for consultant coordination and liaison.
  • Preparation of architectural documentation to varying levels of completion i.e. Feasibility, Development Application, Construction Certificate and Documentation.
  • Familiarity with local authority codes (DCP and LEP), NCC, Australian Standards, ADG and Housing SEPP Requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, councils and contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines.
  • Management and coordination of day-to-day operations of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture from an Australian University or equally recognised qualification.
  • Revit Experience Essential.
  • Microsoft Office Essential.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm.
