Cloud Engineering Role

We're seeking an experienced cloud engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cost management and optimisation capabilities.Job Summary:

This role involves administering our Cloudability instance, liaising with technology teams to guide them in cost optimisation, developing processes around cloud cost visibility and optimisation, driving compliance against our tagging standard, and contributing to team culture and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly governance and Azure Policy, Microsoft PowerShell, Python, and other scripting languages, unit testing for scripting languages, infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Git-based source control flows, automation of cloud virtual machines and scalesets, managing and optimising cloud cost, implementing and managing a cloud tagging standard, and flexible work arrangements.
